Second Annual Women's Health & Wealth Conference
Back by popular demand,The Longevity Project will bring back the Women's Health & Wealth Conference this May. The focus of the event is to educate the women in the Miami community about the unique relationship between health and wealth. This multi-workshop event features several holistic industry leaders discussing a wide variety of topics including nutrition, financial longevity and security, physical activity, challenges women face when it comes to investing, the benefits of yoga, sex & stress relief, mindfulness, establishing healthy goals and how to reach them, plus more.
This exciting, one of a kind event provided several like-minded women in the community with a wealth of knowledge, phenomenal fresh food and organic treats, numerous discounts to local businesses, amazing giveaways for all attendees and unbelievable raffle prizes. A truly inspiring event for everyone involved!

No Pain, Your Gain Conference
Pritikin Longevity Center + Spa
This day long educational retreat focused on dealing with all types of pain - mental, emotional,
nutritional, physical and financial. By bringing in local health & wealth experts, our attendees
were able to attend inspirational and informative workshops.
We added some fun to our day by introducing interactive electives to our event format! Attendees
were able to choose from several therapy electives to get a hands on approach to various services
such as: Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Acupucture, Homepathic Medicine, and Chiropractic Services.
Additionally We were proud to support our Keynote Speaker, Sabrina Cohen, by hosting a silent
auction to benefit her foundation!

The Longevity Project hosted our second annual VIP Event for the Women of Miami-Dade County. It was a lovely evening getting to know like-minded women in the community. We enjoyed cocktails and light bites in the lounge adjacent to the rooftop garden, while taking in a private chamber music performance by NWS Fellows. All attendees got a VIP Tour of Frank Gehry’s New World Center including the Performance Hall, SunTrust Pavilion, Rehearsal Spaces, and the Soundscape Park!

The Longevity Project @ Fusion TV
The Longevity Project visited Fusion TV, a joint Univision-ABC venture, to present a health & wealth
"Lunch & Learn" workshop to their employees. Our affiliates presented mini-lectures on Financial
Longevity, Nutrition, The Importance of Organic Produce, Yoga for the Workplace, and Proper
Ergonomics and Alignment.
Additionally, we provided healthy & organic lunches and gave away thousands of dollars worth of
raffle prizes and freebies from companies like Relax the Back, Jugo Fresh, Pure Attar Perfumes,
LaraBar, Health Warrior Chia Bars, Green Monkey, Endlessly Organic, plus so much more!

The New Year, The New You: 2-day Holistic Event for Viacom
The Longevity Project presented a 2-day holistic event for the employees of Viacom at their offices on Lincoln Road.
We presented a wide range of topics from Sex & Stress, Financial Longevity, Holistic Nutrition, Organic Foods,
Empowering yourself, Skin Care, Yoga at work, and more! In additiona to providing a wealth of imformation, we
offered amazing prizes and giveaways for all of the employees who attended.

The Longevity Project at Williams Sonoma - Cooking with Renée
The Longevity Project and Green Eggs & Kale presented a healthy cooking demonstration at Williams-Sonoma on Lincoln Road. Renée showed how you can make healthy recipes that are easy and nutritious and provided some recipes to take home.
